Exclamation PC Q7 MAX CELESTIAL SHIELD Dual Moded

This shield is super rare and has a Nice Skin
In PVP, Mo/W can Reach the Req and have +8 extra Armor!!!! I used it myself and + 8 armor is lot less dmg!!! It makes a difference!

Thx all for helping me get an accurate PC

Not a lot.

+1 xx attribute are the worst mod a shield can have in most cases

Req7 is not uncommon for celestial items since they drop in a low end area.

+10 vs lighting is ok but mainly used in PvP, most PvP people prefer perfect items so they use PvP items.

Basically this shield has no real use in PvP and is near useless in PvE.

Was about to say what Malice covered........ so agreed

5-10k if you're lucky... collectors want perfect as well so I don't think even a collector would want it
